Students' progress in mastering learning gap content and skills, along with grade-level content and skills, will be closely monitored by not only the teacher of record and tutor, but also through division-wide universal literacy and math screeners (STAR), division-wide unit assessments, classroom formative assessments, and through progress data reports generated by the digital platforms. The reports from the digital platforms are real-time and can be produced on-demand. Teachers, along with tutors, will use a consistent data analysis and instructional planning protocol to collaboratively plan direct instruction and small-group tutoring to meet individual students' learning needs.
